IPS Empress® Direct &ndash the highly esthetic anterior and posterior filling material is available in 32 shades. Different types of anatomical features are effortlessly recreated with this composite resin.
Due to the simplistic shade system, IPS Empress Direct is incredibly easy to use. Dentin replaces dentin and enamel replaces enamel. The shade range comprises a combination of materials for all clinical shade requirements. Two autoclavable shade guides assist in the selection.
- Anterior restorations (Class III and IV)
- Posterior restorations (Class I, II)
- Cervical restorations (Class V, e.g. cervical caries, root erosion, wedge-shaped defects)
- Adjustment of tooth position and shape ( e.g. diastema closure, closure of interdental &ldquoblack triangles&rdquo, lengthening of the incisal edge)
